Interview
Met with the Senior Engineer at the school career fair and I was followed by an e-mail to set up a phone interview couple of days later. Phone interview were 30 min long and consisted of behavioral questions.

Interview
You will be interviewed by three people. Usually, a manager, an engineer, and a HR worker. Then you will be given a tour of the facility. The process that you go through is a 1 on 1 interview but you get rotated around to three different people. For me personally the hardest interview was with the manager.
