I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bosch (Farmington Hills, MI) in Apr 2018
Interview
There were three steps to my interview process. The first was a phone call asking standard questions with HR. The second was a meeting with my hiring manager and another specialist, asking questions mainly from my resume and experience. The third was an in person interview which consisted of about five technical questions including a hand written coding problem on the whiteboard. The overall hiring process took about a month.
The technical questions were fairly straightforward and open ended. It's difficult to get them wrong, it's more about how the questions are approached and how natural the response is.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bosch (Cluj-Napoca) in Apr 2025
Interview
the interview process was oke in first instance but overall the recruiter didn't ask me technical questions on details as I expected, it was general questions where I answered with my own words.
Everything about the process was exceptionally professional. They invited me promptly, allowed me to showcase my skills, and conducted a thorough personal interview. I was also reimbursed for my travel expenses, highlighting their fairness and respect.
The interview process consisted of an HR interview followed by a technical interview. It was an engaging experience, with many questions asked. The interviewers were professional, direct, and friendly, making the overall experience positive.
