I had a phone interview first. My interviewer sounded as if she did not want to be giving the interview, and was not very enthusiastic about what she did. Never heard back from her.

It was very chill and the interviewers were lovely. However, they don't hire people who want to work short term. So keep that in mind. Also don't worry if your Japanese is bad, my interview was in English.
3 stages : excel + financial test. Really so easy excel test annd some interesting questions to make for example an p&l; interview with HR and manager, manager + cfo. So many different questions to understand you can work under the pressure or not.
