Interview was phone based, I did not need to meet with the Director. Simple questions were asked. I was asked about the kind of schedule I wanted to have. Also asked about how my customer service skills were and that they would be needed for info sessions with our business partners.

Mostly are technical questions regarding the position you have applied. You may do some preparation before the interview. One HR and one hiring manager are in the call. The process is smooth but the duration is quite lengthy. You will receive a call from HR to arrange the interview schedule.
