Good communications with HR. Sales Force interview was very casual, but the questions were very specific to real world/case situations.

The initial process was handled by a an outsourced recruiter. The phone interview and then the scheduling of the interview was handled by this on site recruiter. I had two separate interviews. the first was with my direct manager and the second was with the department director. The third interview was waived with the VP due to travel schedule. Once selected, the internal HR handled the reference and background checks. There was no negotiation on the offer. Basically it was a take it or leave it scenario. The hiring manager had no say in this aspect whatsoever.
