I applied through my university career center and they set up interviews with the company. I was interviewed by 3 prospective mentors, depending on which area I was interested in. The interview was pretty good as they asked about my past experiences, but a lot of the interview was just getting to know me.

It was a one week process. I met the recruiter at the Career Fair and they called me for an interview at the company. The interview started with 30 minutes of non-technical questions and ended with a tour around the facyory. Everything went smoothly and I was offered the job.
