Bosch Senior Software Engineer interview questions

1. Phone interview with the recruiting human resources person. 2. video call with 2 technical staff persons. 3, ghosted. no feedback. when I asked the recruiter I was given some stupid excuse and received a rejection. 2 days later, I got a call from another recruiter within the company for another role, I thought they were moving forward from my previous interview session. But no, it was to start another one from the beginning. It turns out they don't have a centralized recruiting tool that all their recruiters can use. It's what the recruiter told me. Or she lied and they just want to fill their time with activity. Anyway, I decided to give them another chance and guess what, the same thing happened. only this time the technical staff was very rude. I sent my feedback to them. I never got one back. Fast forward to 3 weeks later, 3rd recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn for another role... it's like bad comedy. I told her the situation. I received the same lame excuse about not having details from other recruitment processes. I turned down the invitation and that was it.
