      Interview

I applied for the PTA in Beijing(China) Office through the company's official website. Compared to formal jobs, the PTA hiring process is much easier. After reviewing the CV, it only involved one interview before they gave you an offer. The interview was held onsite in the Beijing office in English. The interviewer was nice an kind. He didn't ask that kind of consulting-typical case questions. Instead, many behavioral questions were rasied and discussed. The interview lasted about 20 minutes.

      Interview questions [2]

      Question 1

Why consulting? Why BCG? That kind of common questions.
