I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Jun 2023
Interview
In the recruitment process, there were two distinct phases of interviews. Initially, I underwent a First Round interview, which predominantly centered around numerical assessments and analytical tasks. The objective was to gauge my quantitative skills and my ability to handle data-driven challenges. Following this, the second phase involved a Partner interview. Unlike the first, this was more focused on assessing my compatibility with the company's culture and my interpersonal skills. The Partner aimed to understand my motivation, my alignment with the firm's values, and how well I would fit within the team dynamics.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
During the initial interview, I was presented with a challenge that required a deep dive into the film industry. Specifically, I was tasked with analyzing and calculating the prospects of a filmmaking company based in Hollywood. This required not only a comprehension of the financial dimensions but also an understanding of the ever-evolving dynamics of the entertainment industry. From market trends to audience preferences, and from competition analysis to potential revenue streams, I had to consider a myriad of factors to make a well-informed projection for the company's future in the cinematic landscape.

Interview
Bastante exigente, pero realmente miden bien tu potencial. Es una entrevista en la que muestras todas tus habilidades y, como consecuencia, pueden evaluar bien si serás un buen consultor o no.

Interview
The interview felt very unstructured. The interviewer seemed disengaged throughout, taking extended breaks and not fully explaining the technical task. The time allotted to complete the problem was insufficient, and the session ended abruptly
