Two rounds of 3 interviews. In each interview there is a case you need to resolve. The way you get to the answer is more important than the answer itself

Question 1
What was the most difficult decision you ever had to make? What drives you? What do you bring? What to you want to take from this?
The interviewer had to change time the day before even if it was scheduled 1month ago. I had two interviews. The first interviewer seemed quite indifferent. They were both nice conversation tho.
Muy estándar, en total 2 rondas con 2 entrevistas cada una. La primera ronda suele ser más fácil, pero la última con los partners sí te hacen mucho stress test y challenge.
