Interview
Standard process - 2 first round cases (30min ea). Both of mine were with project leaders. Did not make it past first round. I recommend starting preparation for the case early. Apply for the internship no matter what. If you are unsuccessful, apply again for full-time. I have an inkling they are friendly towards re-applicants.
Multiple rounds with consulting case interview portions and fit portions. Each round of interviews had multiple interviews, and the interviewer gets more senior as you progress through the interview process
