I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group in Nov 2015
Interview
It is a 3 round case interview, each with two 45 minute interviews. 5 minutes was to introduce yourself and a walk-through your resume. 30 minutes was a case study. It was very interviewee-led. Which mean you just have to keep sharing your thought processes (e.g. How you would solve a case like the one presented to you). I had no calculation questions until my final round but even then it was simple calculations. The interviewers were amazing at guiding you to the answer they are hoping for but at the same time I could feel them getting frustrated as I struggled to answer from the nervousness. The last 10 minutes were for you to ask them questions. I asked a lot about the culture and what would make a person thrive in their environment. Some interviewers may be a little bit more brute and rough but that is also to test how you would react to that kind of behaviour.
