Interview
Started with a phone interview where I was grilled on statistics and told I would be contacted by the end of the week for an in-person interview. Took 2 weeks to get called back because everyone had apparently gone on vacation. The in-person interview was easy and pretty relaxed. Was called a few days later and left a message saying she wanted to talk about my status. Called back but she had left and then didn't respond to phone calls or emails for a week and a half until the day that they offered it to someone else, at which point I finally got through and she said she had been busy and relocated for a bit. Still curious as to what she had called me for originally...
Didn't focus on experience, but rather more on why I would be a good fit for the company. Never asked me about what I did on previous jobs or what where my abilities
Process involved an initial phone interview followed by an onsite meeting. It involved a thorough rundown of the position, responsibilities and role expectations. The meetings included face to face with the hiring manager and a human resources rep.
