Interview
There were two calls from two different managers - one in R&D and one in Sustaining Engineering. They began by explaining the role of their department and what their particular subspecialty considered. The interview questions were mostly STAR questions. I what I was looking for in an internship environment, and what my goals were with the experience learned from the internship. The interviewers were very cordial and answered questions honestly.

Interview
There were two interview rounds in total: the first with HR and the second with the hiring manager. Each lasted about thirty minutes and followed an informal, conversational structure. The discussions focused on my background, communication style, and overall fit for the role, rather than technical assessments or formal questioning.
15-20 minute interview with two engineers from different engineering disciplines. The questions were a mix of personal, work experience and technical questions. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a smooth process.

The interview was all behavioral and was done online. It was very chill and they were very quick with their responses. They went over my resume and wanted to know about my goals for the co-op and what I was expecting.
