Interview
I received a phone call from a recruiter that detailed the internship program to me. I then received an email inviting me to interview at the Maple Grove campus. It was an hour long interview split into 20 minute segments for three different departments. It was a behavioral interview.
There was definitely an emphasis on whether I would work well with the team or not which I thought was important. Since you are eligible for the job just by being offered and interview, they want to know if you would be a good fit.

Interview
Applied online through their portal after being contacted by a family friend at the company. Heard back within the week and scheduled a video interview with a group panel of the Regulatory Affairs team. Was asked almost exclusively behavioral questions.
