Awful experience! I was first reached out over the phone and then scheduled first round of phone interview. During the phone interview, I was asked for my salary requirements and gave them a range. The HR said they are willing to offer me salary within that range.
Thereafter, I was called on site and the interview went well. I got the offer! yay! But guess what? The HR calls me and tells me that I am hired but they wont offer me the salary that I had requested. The salary that was offered was 9k less than my desired salary. My frustration-why call someone for an interview when you cant fulfill their desired salary requirements? I wasted my time and on top of that had to take off at work.
Another surprise was the job hours. I was told that I will be working a 2pm-10pm shift. I was like what? Nothing about the time was mentioned during the interview or in job description. So, I was kept in darkness. I am sorry to say this but this was very frustrating and annoying and I would never apply to this Company again. Please don't do this to any other candidates.

Recruitment team came on campus and filtered resumes and candidates from the career fair. On campus interview the next day, about 45 minutes of experience review and general questions about how you work in a team environment. Very relaxed interview style.
