online tests, phone calls, and on-site group panel. online tests have two sessions each 90 minutes, with both technical questions and IQ test like questions, non-traditional exams., group interview with several people from different groups.

HR screening call followed by technical interview by 2 people each an hour long ( senior++). Interview process was smooth and interviewers were friendly ans easy to talk to. They make you comfortable and treat you with respect.
However, after spending 2 hrs time in the same week for the interview, they ghost you. No feedback from HR after asking for an update nor recieve any automated email of rejection. HR doesn't seem to value the time/effort someone has put in to go through the process. Ghosting candidates is not acceptable.
Extremely thorough with interviews with people at the director level. They want their teams to be well thought out and compliment each other. 4 separate interviews with team members and others you would interact with.
