after 10 days of applying they invited me for first interview. it was technical interview around my cv. there were 2 enginners for interviewing panel. they explained about their products and their back ground initially in a friendly atmosphere

it took 10 days from applying. process is very fast and after 5 days i was invited for second interview. the panel was with senior engineers and they were very friendly and profesional

I had a great interview, but never heard back even after emailing and calling multiple times 2+ weeks after phone interview.
This is my biggest pet peeve and a large problem with interviewing (especially big companies).
