HR contacted about a position that was open at that time. Scheduled a phone interview. Reached out after 4 weeks for a face to face interview. By that time, Sr.QE position was closed. However, attended the interview. Was interviewed by 6 QE managers in 3 hrs.

Talking to the HR staff was easy - they were friendly and courteous. Interview questions were straight forward and not meant to trick you. Professional and felt like I was heard.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Boston Scientific in Mar 2022
Interview
It was really good. I met with Human Resources and Quality Managerat the same time. The questions were really logical and in English. They introduced themselves and then, I started to introduce myself. They return me negative unfortunatelly.
There were Two interviews consisting of competency based questions which lasted on average 1 hour each. There were two people present at each interview. The STAR format was recommended. There were about 6 competency based questions asked.
