the first step was with an individual recruiter then there was an assessment process with Business case followed by questions from a panel of interviewers. Business case had to be sent out prior to presenting.

Brief screening interview followed by panel interview via Teams, with a 20-minute presentation/business case. The Panel didn't try to establish rapport, and overall didn't seem very interested. No feedback received despite reminders, disappointing given time taken to create presentation
