The hiring process is very organized and managed well by the HR team and also the hiring managers. I had several interviews, to be more accurate 4 interviews. The first one was with HR and the other 3 were technical. All the interviews lasted no more then 45 minutes. Me personally, from the first interview I conducted, I knew that I will accept the offer no matter what. Bottom line, this not a review about the hiring process or interview, it is more than that and you will realize what I am mean once you get an interview at Boston Scientific.
