Very straight-forward. Had my interview online on teams, interviewed by two senior manufacturing engineers, asked my about my experience and qualifications and asked me some situational questions. It felt like a casual chat, The guys interviewing me we're very welcoming and helped me settle into the interview quite quickly.

It started with the application Application then onto the Interview stage . After succesful interview and Proof of Certification then i found out I had the job. Fully training is provided

Interview
The interview process was very smooth. Interviewed by a Manufacturing Engineer, Senior Manufacturing Engineer. They asked me about my experience as a technician, what I would do day-to-day, and asked me situational questions. Also gave me an opportunity to ask them some questions
