Boston Scientific Sales Capability Manager interview questions

Some red flags since the beginning: -Outreach call out of the blue. No initial email. -After a 30 minutes call with Talent Acquisition specialist, and many usual old questions, recruiter tell me I’m not a good fit based on my Cv (Wondering why my CV was selected). -During call the person is very vague on salary stating 'They cannot tell me' (?). No overview on benefits. -After 1 week I receive booking on my calendar for meeting with Hiring Manager, second step. -I send emails asking questions on: Benefits, Salary and Work From Home policy. I specify my preferences. No answer. -The Day after I am removed from process and meeting canceled. Not even one question answered.
