Interview
Two interviewers were present. One asked most of the questions, and other than normal HR questions, he mentioned that "there are 250 applications and only 2 openings, so it's very competitive". I later heard people who were rejected a different interview also were informed of the number of applicants, so I don't know if it's a sign of a subtle rejection or a BU thing. Also, the other interviewer tested my foreign language skills. Good talk and promises but no follow-ups.

Interview
I applied online and was asked to answer a few questions about social media, graphic design, and engaging students. I attached my resume and a link to my graphic design work. Almost immediately, I was asked to interview. I was in New York at the time, so the Skype interview was about 20 minutes long and it felt very relaxed and casual, just like having conversation.
