The interview consisted of two faculty and one staff member. The questions were specific to the job requirements, asking about relevant experience. There was an overview of what the program was about and the goals for development. Since there were faculty, the focus was on the job itself, with no "standard" interview questions.

One hour interview with two employees. Interview consisted of various questions specific to the position and my experience. There were no questions that were terribly challenging. The interview invite was extended after I reached out the the head of the department.

Three step interview process. Thirty minute phone screening followed by three hour in-person interview. During the in-person portion, I was interviewed by two different teams, as well as someone from human resources. The third round involved a presentation in front of the staff team.
