Box Account Executive SMB interview questions

I worked with Nichole Gorham during my interview process and from the very beginning she was so helpful. After the initial phone call for qualifying I was moved into a 1 to 1 interview. This was a little more in depth on my experience and background. Lastly I was asked to prepare a presentation for a territory plan as well as a deal review with a panel and then 3 30 minute 1-1 interviews. The process was very smooth and Nichole made sure I felt really prepared for the final round, taking time to answer any questions and meet with me. She communicated consistently and all of my interviewers were so warm and friendly and asked great questions. When one of my interviewers couldn't make it to my whole presentation, she made time to meet with me on a separate day to make sure I had all my questions answered about the role, as well as got all her questions that she had for me answered. After I received my offer I was also able to meet with my new manager before signing! He was so great and since he had just started as well he was able to give me great insight on the onboarding process and his first month as a Boxer.
