I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Box (Austin, TX) in Apr 2016
Interview
1) Phone screening with recruiter
2) Phone interview with hiring manager
3) 4 Skype interviews (3 with various members of the team, 1 with the hiring manager)
4) Phone call with the hiring manager
5) Phone call with director of sales
Box's interview process was hands down one of the most impressive and seamless experiences I've had. It was a lot of interviews, but mostly just goes to show the investment of time and commitment Box makes to finding the right fit for each role. My recruiter stayed in consistent contact with me throughout the process to ensure I was prepared for each round of interviews and to check in on my thoughts during each stage. After speaking to the hiring manager and the team, it was clear to me that Box's culture is incredibly supportive and genuine. I would have definitely accepted the offer but I declined due to external factors outside of Box and their team.

Question 1
Lots of great behavioral questions that allow you to show your personality, questions about how to frame and sell Box's products, how to prioritize leads, etc.

Interview
Overall a pretty good interview process. HR was very clear about the steps and got back to me very quickly after each interview. Questions were mostly behavioral and a few were about my background.

Question 1
Why Box?
Tell me about a time you faced a challenge?
I applied online. I interviewed at Box in Nov 2020
Interview
The interview process was conventional; pre-recorded video interview, phone screening, and 2 rounds of panel interviews. They do a good job of sending you resources so you are well prepared and knowledgeable about the job.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to go against a team?
I applied online. I interviewed at Box (Austin, TX) in Oct 2020
Interview
The interview started with a video interview where you are recording yourself answering questions to your camera. If you are moved on, there is a phone screen with the recruiter (I spoke to Sabrina who was absolutely lovely. We had a great conversation). Then there are two panels (each with 3 members of the Box team for about 30 minutes each). You have to do well on the first panel to move onto the second. The process lasted from late October to early December. It was quite lengthy but 100% worth it. Every single person I met with genuinely wanted to hear what I had to say and were incredibly friendly. If they like you, they fight hard for you behind the scenes so you can get an offer. (Disclaimer, this was during Covid times so it was all done remote)
