I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Box (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2016
Interview
It was super professional and industry standard. Began with a LinkedIn message, proceeded to a phone screening, then eventually an onsite. Extremely professional and beautifully executed.
I may have been lucky, but the people I spoke with and the cadence I was put through was by far the smoothest and most natural interview process I have ever been a part of. It was the main reason why I was so quick to move on an offer.

Question 1
What was an example of overcoming a sales prospect?
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Box (London, England) in Aug 2025
Interview
Initial call with talent acquisition (Zoom). Then a call with hiring manager (Zoom). Then a call with another senior member of the sales team (Zoom). Then a presentation to your hiring manager and two other senior sales team members about how you would target a chosen prospect (Zoom). Finally, an in person interview with the VP of EMEA sales and a tour round the office.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Box (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2023
Interview
Initial screening call, manager interview, panel interview with four members of the team. Overall great experience. The entire team really made me feel comfortable throughout the process and offered great insight into the role.

Question 1
How do you handle working with people with different/difficult personalities?
Start by going thru recruiter, then you chat with hiring manager, then you have a written assignment, and meet the team at the end. Some technical questions are also involved as well as a presentation about me and how you would prospect.
