I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Box
Interview
I met a recruiter when visiting Box and had an informal conversation with her that made me interested working there and she told me to send my resume. I then sent her my resume and after a week and a half was contacted to come in for a formal interview. The interview was almost 3 hours long and I talked to different people - both one-on-one and to a pair. The questions were pretty standard about what I was looking for, why this company, what would I do to send a recruiting message that stood out, etc...It was actually a very enjoyable interview, but in the end I was not offered the position.

This was a 3 step process. Started with a Recruiter screen, then met with the hiring manager and lastly went through a virtual panel assessment. Overall process was a very positive experience.
