Interview
We spoke over the phone about two positions - one in Austin and one in San Francisco. Pretty standard interview - talked through CV and then about the positions. No questions were a surprise and the interviewer was polite and said that an ideal candidate would enjoy working with people, be a team player, be organized, be strategically thinking about processes, and be excited to bring hard work. Basically a generic list of attributes but still the company seemed attractive to me.
The interviewer called late, asked basic interview questions, and mentioned following up on the next steps within the week. Didn't hear from them for weeks, then received a rejection with no explanation.

I had an exceptional experience interviewing with Box. The process was highly efficient, and I had the opportunity to meet different people which only boosted my confidence in wanting to join the team!

How have you utilised data in the recruitment process?
This was a 3 step process. Started with a Recruiter screen, then met with the hiring manager and lastly went through a virtual panel assessment. Overall process was a very positive experience.
