I was invited to a social event at their office. Casual mixing with current employees and other applicants where basic questions answered. Two days later, invited for an interview. Interviewed with 4 or 5 other people. We all sat in the cafeteria at different tables. We were interviewed by 5 current employees. I've never done speed dating, but I feel like that is the best comparison! Every 5-10 minutes, someone would call "Time!" and the interviewers rotated a table. Some employees were intense, and others were friendly. Overall a very positive experience.
