This was the best recruitment process I've ever gone through! I always heard about next steps within 2 days max, everyone was well prepared and natural for each interview - it was clear to me they actually spent time reviewing my information ahead of the interview.
There were 3 rounds - recruiter, hiring manager, panel/presentation. It was a relatively painless process!

What motivates you to bring your best self to work?
First round interview with a recruiter to discuss the position, resume, and ask common interview questions. This is a screening step. Then they would present your resume to the hiring manager.
