Overall the whole interview process with Box was well organized and a positive experience. The HR representatives were responsive to my questions and worked with my schedule to get me on-site for an interview. Since I had another offer from a different company, I appreciated that Box scheduled a screening call with the hiring manager on Monday followed by an on-site interview the next afternoon. The panel of employees interviewing me were thorough with their questions and also helpful in sharing the company culture at Box. Throughout my decision making process, the employees I interviewed with were available for me to talk with and answer any other questions I had. The whole process from the phone screening to offer acceptance took about a week and was very smooth.
