We sincerely apologize for the unacceptable experience you had during the interview process. We read every review and take this feedback very seriously, especially the feedback regarding the communication provided and the time in which you invested in our process. We know that going through any hiring process and potentially being considered for multiple roles can be a lengthy process and we appreciate that you spent the time speaking to our various leaders. However, no matter what the outcome, our goal is that all candidates have a positive experience and that our hiring process is a positive reflection of Box's culture. It is clear that we fell well short of the bar we set for ourselves during your interview process.
