BoxLunch interview questions

I was recruited by someone in the district I worked in. Went through 4 different interviews, each person higher up in the company than the last. 2 interviews were in person, 2 were over the phone. Lots of contact with the DM throughout.

DM emailed me to set up phone interview, I gave her my number and scheduled a time, she never called. She then emailed me again and asked me if I was free a few days after, I said I was, we set up another time, she never called. I got a call 2 weeks later from the store manager who interviewed me over the phone. I assumed that I was being interviewed for the position that I applied for (PT ASM). She offered me the job and I accepted. I get to the store only to find out that I had been hired as a seasonal sales associate, so I left (I should have know the interview was way too easy for a management position, but I was never lead to believe that was not what I was being interviewed for/offered). This company, and more specifically the management for my area wasted my time on multiple occasions. I would not recommend applying here at all. Go somewhere that actually respects your time.
