Series of interviews. First was an online recorded interview. The next was a phone interview, followed with in person interview. Interviewer seemed to be unorganized and forgot about scheduled phone interview.

I had a complete a skills test and then I was prompted to do a video interview answering questions they ask you. It is not live with someone, you are simply making a video. After a day or two, I was contacted by recruiter and asked to do a phone interview. The phone interview was not long, the recruiter asked me about my background and experience with sales. A day later the recruiter contacted me again to have a final interview at one of the properties.
