3 step interview: 1) online video recording and question about to write an email to a prospective resident 2) if you pass the 1st part you will receive a phone interview 3) if you pass the 2nd part you will get to meet for an in-person interview. I was excited when I passed the 1st step. Then got really excited when I passed the 2nd phone interview with a pleasant guy. I was ready to meet for an in-person interview at The Apollo, my interview was at 9am but the lady who interviewed me was 20 minutes late and when she greeted me, I could tell she didn't like me from the beginning maybe because it was earlier than her normal time she gets in at 10am and/or it can be a racial issue. She was rushing through the process and took me to the roof to ask me around 4 interview questions which I passed with flying colors and still didnt get the position. The fact that she was late, I didnt like that. Also, from the time she greeted me to the end of the interview was only 12minutes so I knew she was rushing. I have read previous glassdoor interviews and she did not take me on a tour of the property.
