This company has reached out to me twice to interview for “alleged” Director and VP roles within HR. If you get a call from these folks be sure to have the compensation conversation up front. Unfortunately I didn’t and wasted over an hour on the phone with a low level recruiter fielding basic resume walk and experience questions. The only useful information I was able to obtain was that their regional operations leadership and GM’s are cowboys and don’t follow any company policies. HR is basically ignored and sweeps up the mess behind their band of Ops leaders (red flag anyone?). When we finally got to comp conversation they would never reveal the range for the roles but further research revealed they are significantly below market for executive level HR jobs. No wonder they avoid the comp discussion! Don’t waste your time with these people. I don’t know how this company is able to hire anyone at the pay they are offering within the current job market.
