The interview process took a total of 5 weeks, in which I had 4 phone interviews and 3 in-person interviews. At first, I was very impressed with the professionalism and intelligence of the Braze team. However, after 7 interviews and an offer pending, I was told that Braze had no idea how they wanted this role to operate within the overall company. They needed more time to ponder this and hoped to have a resolution in a few weeks. Essentially, they have zero respect for job candidates and most of what they tell you is 100% lip service. I decided to withdraw my candidacy for the role because of the glaring disrespect and lack of professionalism. A word of advice: don't let them waste your time either!
