Awful. I was referred 4 times now and have yet to speak to anyone. One time I got major attitude from a Recruiter in NC working remotely telling me I needed to be onsite in NY. Even though I was willing to move I heard nothing after she was utterly rude and dismissive.
Being referred by 4 different people shows some serious lack of respect for your fellow employees not even giving me an initial interview. Awful awful experience.
Initial phone screen with recruiter, then on-site meeting with a few members of the team. Very quick, fair, and straightforward process. Everyone involved in the process was helpful, friendly, and prepared.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Braze
Interview
30-minute call with Manager, 4-hour onsite with team, 1 hour onsite with VP. The process was really enjoyable and was a good mix of interesting interview questions and the opportunity to get to know the team. Each interviewer focused on a different topic to avoid redundancy. It seemed like the team was really close and had a great culture.
