Talk with a recruiter, then a talk with the hiring manager, then a 90-minute take-home hackerRank skills test. The talks weren't bad, but the take home interview was two Leetcode-hard SQL questions and one Leetcode medium Python question, which seemed a bit much for an analyst role. They pretty clearly wanted an analytics engineer, but didn't have the headcount or salary available, so were just hiring analysts.
