First Interview (HR or Manager)
Focuses on your experience, motivation, and soft skills. This could be in person or online.
Second Interview (Team or Panel)
You meet with multiple team members or managers. Expect deeper questions about how you work, solve problems, and fit with the company culture.
Final Interview (Optional)
Sometimes includes executives or a final decision-maker. May involve salary discussions.
