It first started with 2 phone interviews; one with hiring manager and the other with a co-worker. Then after that was a one-day long onsite, which I talked about 30 min or so with every co-worker in the team (5 in total). Each person had different focuses during the conversation, e.g. past working experiences, technical skills, behavioral questions, etc. After all the talks, I was given a technical test (statistics and programming) to finish on paper in 1 hour. This part depends on the level you are apply for; for director level, you will be asked to give a presentation for one of your past analytic projects.
