Interview
In depth and detailed. Interviewers asked questions to find out more about your personality and your ability of problem solving. Some questions were difficult to answer because they will ask about a time that maybe you didn't do as well at a previous job as you may have wanted but how did you overcome those issues.
Interview set up by talent management and handled at local office. Intro interview, second interview, final interview with leadership. First two interviews were virtual, not sure if COVID impacted this, final in person.

Initial email from recruiter to setup date and time. Interviewed with two experienced people in position applying for. Was easy going and simple questions along lines of personal info, work history and dealing with situations. Received job via phone call from recruiter couple weeks later.
