Breakthru Beverage Group’s recruitment team very much regrets that a candidate had anything but a positive experience interviewing with our company. We seek to treat all job candidates with the utmost respect at all stages of the process, especially to ensure all interviewed candidates receive feedback. We also have a firm policy in place to not contact current employers of candidates as part of the selection process. To ensure that we are taking the necessary steps to live up to our recruiting process standards, we are conducting a review of this matter and will make any changes necessary to avoid this type of situation moving forward.
