30 minute zoom interview determines if you get the job. Very easy questions and as long as you are like able and show initiative you will get the job. Little to no discussion about compensation

Interview set up by talent management and handled at local office. Intro interview, second interview, final interview with leadership. First two interviews were virtual, not sure if COVID impacted this, final in person.

Initial email from recruiter to setup date and time. Interviewed with two experienced people in position applying for. Was easy going and simple questions along lines of personal info, work history and dealing with situations. Received job via phone call from recruiter couple weeks later.

Interview
First round over the phone with one person, second round on zoom with one person, second round in person, and then a conference with higher ups. I then accepted the offer after two weeks.
