Applied online, sent resume. Had initial screening with Talent Acquisition, then local managers interviewed me. Basic questions describing strengths/weaknesses, telling about myself. Had to pass drug test and background check. The whole process took about 3-4 weeks until I started.

Question 1
They asked about work style, like if you're able to work independently or do you need constant tasks/supervision. Not worded exactly like that but that was the gist.
Relatively standard interview. Phone screening followed by webcam virtual. Typical sales STAR type questions asked. Interview was with general sales manager. Relatively easy going. Just draw back on your past sales experience and show aptitude and you will be fine.
