2 stage process first with recruiter and then 2 panel interviews with 2 managers each. One being a behavioral with a presentation about something you learned and the other a case study. Need to note they were doing some weird thing with cloud solutions practice that merged their other consulting wing Arclight into it. Very odd, they didn’t explain at all what this entailed or how it would work. I would be worried about project staffing and potentially getting let go due to restructuring if they didn’t like the results. Pretty straight forward, case study was easy. My main issue is the lack of transparency and recruiting as in my only feedback was that I lacked experience for an entry level position that trained you for several months at the start. Specifically they said office experience which is odd as the job is entirely remote. The process was fine but def required a lot of effort which I felt like was completely ignored or cast aside for arbitrary reasons. The feedback was nice better than most but again didn’t make sense. Wouldn’t recommend something as boutique as this for first job regardless in hindsight. Would go somewhere with proper training and hiring practices.

Process consists of a pre interview, followed by a functional and technical interview, both containing case studies. Very long interview process but not too hard. Was conducted on the computer with 2 employees per part.
