I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bridgestone Americas (Aiken, SC)
Interview
I had a phone screen with the engineer leads, then an on-site, panel interview with the leads, HR, and maintenance lead. After the interview was a plant tour. Overall process was smooth. After I left, HR called to get estimates and feedback, 24 hours later I had an offer. Compensation and benefits weren’t competitive with my other offers (or industry standard).
