Quizzes, group discussions, case interviews, behavioral interviews. Just be honest that is what they want, and if you're a fit they can easily tell. Easiest way for them to tell would be if you are dodgy and try to non-answer certain questions.

Analytical debate and then further rounds discussing quantitative problems, analytical studies, etc. etc. around 4 to 5 rounds in total and also questions on resume and experience etc etc. not super chill or super intensive, nothing much else to add
